Nice reunion today with Yolanda, whom we met years ago (pre-pandemic) at the former house-based tasting room. My husband and I enjoyed tasting 10 wines, buying a few of them, and chatting again with Yolanda, an artist who paints animals and objects so beautifully. We recommend this place!

We are members of a program called harvest host, which allows you to camp for free one night at the participating vineyards, farms, golf courses, etc. As we are traveling to New Mexico, this was a nice stop in Willcox Arizona. We arrived around 3:30 PM so the tasting room was still open and we were able to taste 5 one ounce pours for $12.We asked specifically for dry wines and were very happy with the different wines that we tasted. I highly recommend the 2021 Chardonnay, that is the one we ended up purchasing. My husband enjoyed the Sangiovese as well.We had a nice quiet evening here and definitely recommend the wines.

This place was slightly difficult to find, but we found a magnificent vineyard. We arrived around 4:30pm on a Saturday and Lucy made our short visit, one to remember and we can't wait to come back! The vineyard itself was stunning and a nice change from the towns tasting rooms. I'm glad we found this place and thanks again Lucy for providing us with an amazing unforgettable experience!

The first time I tasted Carlson Creek wines was in Scottsdale, AZ. The wines were really good! They have a tasting room in Cottonwood as well. I made a promise to myself to one day visit the vineyard in Wilcox, AZ. When that day came I found myself in downtown Wilcox where they had a tasting room but was now closed. So with a little investigation I found that they moved the tasting room to the vineyard. Brand spanking new tasting room located in the Barrel Room. What a beautiful site located at 4200 feet and about 280 acres of vines. This is the place where the best wine juice comes from. The reds are bold and the whites are crisp and suttle. Quiet and relaxing, some tables outside to sip and take it all in. No food at this time only wine. I finally made it to Wilcox....breath taking and refreshing. Pallets are like noses, we all have one. To me Carlson Creek Wines are the best in Arizona. Come check it out!
