Got a great deal. Best price for the three days I booked. Breakfast wasn’t the best but no complaints here. Rooms are clean. Definitely staying here again.

Finally spoke with the manager. She refused to give me a $15 refund for all of the issues because we "should have asked to move rooms when we arrived." I tried explaining that it was late and we had already brought in our luggage and dog and changed into pajamas, so we cleaned the mess and dealt with it for the night.

I used to be such a Wyndham fan. Their rewards, credit card, the whole bit. This time in a 2 week road trip too many disappointing stays. Used rewards and still billed full price. Both ways so double paid. No indication of it other than asking for card for incidentals. They didn't 'catch' the double billing, I had to request and wait and still follow up again. On 3 of 6 properties. This tied up over $500 in funds for slow credits. Huge shame since the rooms were nice at all but 1 and staff was nice. They just opted to use my card to bill me and not tell me. Not even a receipt or signature or I'd have known sooner. This hotel was 15k pts. Should have been a 7500 point stay. Truly.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. When we got to our room, there was trash on the walkway outside that was never picked up during our four-night stay. Inside the room there was more trash around the trash can. The smoke detector was missing. The next day, we did not get housekeeping. So nothing was cleaned up. On our second day, there was no milk for the cereal. They did run to the store to buy more but I could not wait.I spoke with the manger and received an insincere apology for everything.

The rooms were alright, they did an upgrade a few years ago but it seems like it were minor upgrades to the facility. The staff were friendly and helpful, the only thing really that was a problem were the beetles and crickets in the rooms. They must hire a pest control company and not do it on their own. The location is suitable and close to the event we were attending. I do suggest requesting a room on the second floor, otherwise you will hear people stomping around in their rooms all night long, like who is up till 3am walking and stomping around? ??

Our stay was horrible. We went for Rex Allen festivities and the room was dirty! I had to ask one of the custodians for a broom to sweep up all the dirt and bugs on the floor ( they gave me a broken broom which I had to hunch over to use). I am 35 weeks pregnant so is having to do their job is unacceptable. Then my husband asked for a mop because you could see shoe prints from prior guest. He had to go to the office and get the mop and bucket.. I was disgusted when he came back with a filthy mop! We ended up using it and going to buy disinfectant wipes at Safeway to clean around the room. Never again will we stay here!

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I've EVER stayed at. Bug filled rooms, dirty linens, dirty bathrooms (there was a ring in the toilet and old pee stains along the side of the toilet). The sheets and bedding were dirty. Im almost certain they do not wash the complete set between guests.The soap/lotion is probably from the 80s (definitely bring your own)The headboards were pulled apart from the wall and laid on the beds. The hotel was so bad, we checked 4 different rooms and finally found one that would suffice (still dirty). Major health violations!After talking with locals we were informed that this place has been in trouble for lack of cleanliness and are facing many health code violations which include: dirty bedding, bugs everywhere (including dead bugs), and feces (not human). Do NOT stay here!

3 areas of improvement.1) Never verbalize a guests room # outloud during check in. Write it down and point to it during check in.2) Replace burnt out lights in room.3) Upgrade the room checkin system so new guest does not enter an already occupied room. During check in I got a key to the room but when entering, room was unclean and still occupied.3 areas that were great:1) water pressure and temp were awesome.2) softest towels ever.3) super comfortable beds!Steve DeVosRooms: Clean and comfortable.Safety: deadbolts need replaced

The room was pretty nice the beds were super comfy breakfast was fantastic and even when I locked myself out of my room at 11:00 at night they were more than happy to get me a new key to get me back in I really appreciated

I honestly don’t know who would possibly give this hotel any more than a 1 star review. DO NOT stay here! The first thing I saw walking into the room was bugs on the floor and fearing bed bugs, I threw back the covers to reveal a blood stain in the middle of the bed. The sheets weren’t even pulled down completely over the mattress and it looked as though the bead spread had been thrown on the dirty laminate floor due to the specs of dirt all over it. I was so disgusted, I didn’t even want to be there for another minute. I packed my suitcases back in the car and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. Because it was after hours the girl at the desk said she’d call the manager because she was unable to give one. If you don’t have pictures, don’t bother calling to try and get a refund! Avoid this trash heap all together! The Holiday Inn Express was a super nice hotel. Go there instead!Edit: Upon seeing the reply from someone at the hotel, it is beyond evident that they do not care about their guests at all. They claim there were no bugs and no blood on the sheets. The respondent was not in the room with me that evening and did not see what I saw and only because I was so disgusted and didn’t take pictures to verify my claims, they feel they can say whatever they want to try and discredit me. You should be absolutely embarrassed by the conditions of your property and when a customer is so disgusted that they forego any money they spent and opt to stay at another hotel, that should weigh heavily on you. Very quiet and safe hotel. Not the newest, but after all, other things are more important like safety, rest and value for the money you paid.Larger stores nearby and near I-10For us this was the ideal place to spend the night after a long drive.

Truck parking! Clean and comfortable room, friendly lobby personnel. I couldn't find anywhere with food delivery, so we stopped prior and picked up food from dickeys.

Great helpful staff, nice facility. Our room was clean; however the bathroom in our room needs a deep cleaning. The tub looked as if the previous guest had brushed their dog in the tub (how did the cleaning staff not catch this?), and the corners of the bathroom had dust/dirt buildup. Not a huge inconvenience , but a little more attention to cleaning detail is appreciated by guests. Everything else was tidy and well cared for. Since we were staying for only one night, I didn’t make a fuss over it, I just quickly wiped it all down and washed the tub out. I’d stay here again, as it’s a very convenient spot and the price was budget friendly…but I’ll expect a clean bathroom next time!

I stayed here due to a review I read. It is a basic room and clean. It was good for a one night stay as I was passing through. If you have AAA and expect the discount, make sure that you have your physical card and not the app. They need the card to scan. They can’t scan the barcode on the phone or type in then information. Don’t ask any questions because the front desk lady will just raise her voice as if you’re hard of hearing just to repeat what she said and she’ll punctuate every word with a harsh tone to scold you. Just check in, present physical cards because they are behind in technology here, and go to your room.

Front staff attitude wasn’t welcoming & didn’t acknowledge me of breakfast times, or clock out time. I had to ask. I wasn’t told how much I’m paying my card was just charged. I made a reservation online I knew how much I was to be charged but they should have given some reassurance. 3days of card access wasn’t put on card I had to walk from back to front to get my card reloaded. Fridge works but freezer didn’t work so don’t plan on buying freezer foods or ice cream. I wasted money on food that went bad. I stayed for 3 nights, I travel for work. Floor didn’t seem to be mopped in my room. But bed was clean and comfortable besides not having a comforter. I had to ask for another blanket that was gone the next day and I couldn’t get a replacement the next day when I asked apparently they were out when the building has over 200 units. Room was well put together besides a dirty floor. Trash cans and furniture wasn’t moved to be cleaned under. But room set up is quite nice and everything was stocked. Id come again hoping staff attitude was more welcoming and helpful.
