I went in to the store and was about to grab something to make a purchase when I was approached by the manager Leti. She was asking me if I'm going to pay for something that someone else had done. Very rude and obnoxious to me. I said wow that's a great attitude you have. She proceeded to say if you don't like it here don't shop here. I've been a customer quite awhile. I've never caused any problems to get this attitude from the staff at the willcox location. Diana was very rude as well rolling her eyes every time myself or a member of my family would go there. Very biased towards certain customers. All in all she said I wasn't allowed to shop there because I told her she had a bad attitude. Nice to see great customer service by throwing customers out that are making their paychecks. ??
