Susan (Suzie) at the Motor vehicle Processing center in Wilcox, Arizona spent a lot of time with me and got all of my request done. She was so patient. I was very fortunate it was on a Thursday and there was no one in waiting because I didn’t have an appointment. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff are so friendly. I love the small town motor vehicle process centers They make it so convenient for us living in rural areas. Keep up the good work and thank you for helping us country folk.

Worst DMV in the Country! Small town, Very Unfriendly. Over complicate everything so they don't have to do their jobs! They were all about eating donuts and didn't want to work

I go in there to get plates and tags on my ATV ATV they tell me what I need and it was a copy of a death certificate bring back a copy oh no you need the original go back home get the original come back the girl that was waiting on me is checking out because she needs to leave early for a softball game so now I'm waiting in line I'm thinking I am not coming back to this place 3 times and then ignore me thats horrible customer service. 1st of all if you need the original you should say the original 2nd if a customer comes back you should finishing waiting on them you before you leave for your fun softball game work comes 1st in my book which in today's society we are lacking of. Sad but true!

Today is now the second time out of 3 times that they didn't want to do what was needed, but the state run DMV in Safford did it just just fine. The first time was not long after I moved to Willcox. They didn't accept my birth certificate and record of live birth as valid for getting a driver's license because they didn't have a raised seal. But the state run DMV in Safford did it with no problems. My birth certificate was good enough for Florida, where I'm originally from. It was good enough when I moved to New Mexico in 2011. It was good enough for the state run DMV in Safford. But it wasn't good enough for this place in Willcox? That makes no sense.Last weekend, I bought an old Jeep from a guy that lives on the other side of Phoenix. He had made a couple of minor mistakes on the title, but everything needed to transfer the title to me was there. I left work an hour early on Monday to go get the title transferred, and they said I might need to have the guy (218 miles away) fill out a certificate of error (or something like that). They told me they would find out if it was necessary and would call me the next day. They never called me back. It was a waste of time and an hour's pay from work.So today I went to the state run MVD in Safford, and I got it done, plus the registration and tag. And like with my driver's license and a few titles, registrations, and tags, they were friendly and quick. The only thing this place has been good for is transferring the title and getting the title transferred, registration and tag for one of my motorcycles, which I had paid off right after I moved to Arizona, but was waiting for the lien to be released and title received before I registered it here in Arizona. But if it's anything they consider to have the potential for even the slightest legal difficulties, they refuse.I'm just going to go to Safford from now on.

My friend and I showed up late afternoon on a Monday with three titles to switch from my name to his. One was straightforward and easy. The other two were knotted-tangle headaches requiring sleuthing and sorting. Susie Weisend, the Office Manager, had drawn the short straw by having us bring such a mess to her window. However, Susie was brilliant. She was thorough, professional, pleasant, polite, and - considering the pile of nonsense we plopped on her desk - good-humoured. She explained every step of the process as she researched titles, created affidavits, and recreated records - and she did so with knowledge and aplomb. Susie sorted out two of the titles while we were there, with the third waiting on the duplicate title to arrive in the mail. So, Susie - we will be back!Thank you so much, Susie. I cannot express my gratitude and wonder at your procedural prowess enough...
