Honestly, I love this place for a quick stop over. Zero frills, it’s a place to stay the night! It’s very inexpensive and basic but it’s level with Wi-Fi and full hook-ups so it’s perfect when passing through a small town.

What a great location for an RV park. I might be the next manager of this company and I am looking forward to getting to know more people. We love small towns and we’ve been managers at apartment homes before. It has wide open spaces and lots of room. This RV park is located right in town with all the convenience of fast food, grocery stores, hospitals, and gas stations. Lots of churches and people to meet and take care of.

This might be our next address. It's $500 a month for a 50-amp RV and thay covers all electricity. Great local place to rent for inexpensive.

We visited friends who were passing through the area. It's sketchy, even for Willcox. There are a lot of barking dogs from homes on the property. They are left outside in a fenced yard and loud. Then there's what appear to be frequent visitors that leave after a few minutes. Doesn't feel safe. If you, too, are just passing through, there's plenty of BLM land to camp on that is beautiful. There's a few other Campgrounds in town that are better as well.

This is a nice place to stay while visiting the area. RV Sites are level and spaced well. Check-in was easy and you are escorted to your site. The WiFi worked well enough for most things. There is train nearby but never blows its horn.

My wife and I stayed here 1 night in 2020 on one of the numerous trips between Texas and the west coast. Lots are level, easy in and out and turn around. Park is very clean and nightly rate was cheap @ $25 for the night off memory. Experience here was great and it's a nice place to rest up. There is railway nearby which to some it would annoy but did not bother my wife or I.

The place is very clean and the lots are level. Easy access to the interstate. You will hear trains throughout the night. My reason for giving them a 4 star is because the site we were on had an electrical problem on their 50 amp. I was able to plug into another location without moving the rig and they did offer to look at the breaker. I would make sure you have a good surge protector as you should anyway. I am sure they will address this issue and correct the problem so I wouldn't shy away. Just be aware as you should at any place you stay.

We stayed here for three nights. Great Wi-Fi. Good water pressure. Good electricity mainly a mobile home park, with RV sites. The manager and the help was very friendly and helpful. Helpful. Very flat. All gravel nearly level sites. Plenty of turning around room but no trees. Also. Only a few blocks away from a railroad track that is busy all the time, day and night. We only paid $25 a night plus tax.

The electric pedestals did not have Breaker switches. Electricity cut off 3 times In the night. Will not stay there again.

Great place for us to stop for a couple days. Mary was very nice. We were escorted to our spot. They offer a laundry room, restrooms and showers located in the office building. The park was well maintained and we had no issues while visiting. Thank you!
