Shaundra was so helpful, patient, and understanding as she helped me set up my new phone. I am so impressed at her multi-tasking abilities; while waiting for a response from Verizon for my issue, she helped another customer with his issues, and was able to answer questions from a third customer. I didn't feel ignored or less important!
I highly recommend Russell Cellular here in Willcox, and Shaundra as a very knowledgeable and efficient representative!

Saundra Milo was incredibly helpful. Went way beyond customer service for me, she was delightful and if it weren’t for her amazing help, we wouldn’t have been able to do some very important documents. So lots of praises for her and you as well, for having her as an employee

Trying to resolve a pay issue to pay my dads bill. Theres no way to pay it online and I can’t navigate past the robots to pay it. Talked with manager Payton who hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. My dad is elderly and needs help with his bills and they have no way for another person to pay someones bill. Terrible customer service on helping!

Called and asked for a straight talk phone card- they said no they don't have it. Drove all the way to Walmart in benson to purchase the card. The card says straight talk is owned by Verizon. "Shop local they say" we can't shop here if Willcox doesn't carry what we need- you just cost me $30 in fuel I will never spend a dime here at this Verizon
