This Willcox Verizon store deserves 10 stars. Starting with the outstanding staff, who went out of their way to make sure I got the very best pice on my new Verizon Home Internet Plan. After all was said and done I save almost $40 a month by changing from HughesNet to Verizon and I got UNLIMITED services. The service was professional and on point. Services explained and presented in a way that was easy to understand. Absolutely no pressure to buy or upgrade to a more expensive plan. Highly recommend this business. Best Verizon store I have ever been in. Way to make Willcox proud!!!!

Excellent place to do business. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They helped me with buying a new phone and getting the plan that's right for me. I entered the store at 10:05 and was finished at 10:55. Less than 1 hour total. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a cell phone. Also business hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm....

Talk about customer service! Jazmin was able to set me up with a really nice phone plan and help me with a plan that fits my needs while working in Willcox. She was able to answer all my questions about the billing cycle and what to do if I have an issue with Hotspot for my work laptop. Very good service for a small town Verizon store. Highly Recommend!

We purchased a mobile hotspot for use while we are staying in AZ for the winter. They said I could try it out for 30 days and cancel it if it doesn't work. Unfortunately Verizon doesn't have service where we are staying so I returned the device 2 weeks later and paid for the restocking fee and the 2 weeks of service. Now I keep getting collections notice for the service because they did not put it in the system that I returned the device. It's still an ongoing nightmare, they are coming after me for $290 for the device I returned over a month ago. The representatives at the store just tell me there is nothing that can be done and to call the customer service. The customer service tells me to go into the store. They call and email me every day threatening me to pay the $290 or they are going to report me to the credit bureau. It's so frustrating, we will absolutely never do business with Verizon ever again.
