Customers report very friendly, polite, and professional service, with staff who are helpful and know their jobs. The facility is noted for being very convenient and close to town, with lots of room for driving an RV in and out. It features strong security with gated access. First time concierge service. Was quick, efficient and rep was very friendly and helpful. Got my unit secured in about 10 mins. Vacating the 3 units I rented was extremely easy and quick. If needed I would use their facilities again.
