This review is not for the branch in particular just the company as a whole. In today's technologically savvy world, there is no reason why anyone should be charged an insufficient fund fee. When the bank has transactions pending for sometimes over seven days, the software should be intelligent enough to recognize and send a text and or email to the customer letting customers know "transactions are going through. You may have insufficient funds would you like to make a deposit". There is no excuse for 30 year old systems in place when it comes to banking or anything else as a matter fact .

The staff in williams are all great but when my card is canceled just about every 2 weeks limiting my money to me this IS A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME FIX IT OR BYE BYE
