Everything was good. My only complaint is that there are sheer curtains on all the rooms that you can literally see customers right through. Don't go walking around in your birthday suit. Lol

Great place to stay… I used my reward point to stay a night so I paid nothing for my room. Was a great experience, super clean, friendly staff and enjoyable experience. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

This was a VERY welcome rest haven after coming from Dudley Bluffs CO in ONE DAY. I was BEAT. Got an upsell with no additional charge because someone wanted to switch rooms and I didn't complain. I even arrived over an hour of when I said I would, and this seemed to be a non issue as a very large group was checking in anyway. I happened to let them know I was there while they were checking in the last few guests in their group.
Sometimes being in line behind a touring group checking in isn't all bad! I asked the clerk on duty about parking where the other bikes were and she told me it was okay and out of the way of people needing to check in and deal with luggage. I can't remember the name of the young lass! That's what I get for waiting so long to write a review, but what a courteous professional she was!
Out of all the lodging areas I could have stayed at, this one by far was the most pleasant! Super accommodating in every way. I would have gladly paid what I paid in furnace creek! If I go through this area again, I'll stay here. Full stop.

It does not look like much on the outside. For such a small town, we only needed this place to sleep as we were driving to other cities.

the Service was very accomodating - the staff was friendly and helpful when we realized we had to restructure our vacation dates in the middle of our stay. the rooms were just what we needed for a large family.

We stayed here as a base for visiting Grand Canyon NP.
Little old facility though, well cleaned.
Comfortable beds.
Also kids enjoyed a pool.
Easy to access downtown of Williams and about 1HR to Grand Canyon NP South Rim.
No free breakfast but we could get discount coupon of embedded restaurant.
The another way, there are much options in the town including grossary store.
Totally, Good deal to stay.

If you are looking for a basic place to stay with zero charm, this is the one. It was clean, but everything is broken and the entire ground floor smells like curry because the family that runs it lives in a suite on-site. You also have to deal with their young, screaming children early morning and late at night as well as the family taking up prime parking and loading/unloading spaces. It's rundown and dated and completely lacks the character of a family-run hotel. It's also unsafe — the backdoor on the ground floor (where the family lives,) is left open all night and doesn't require key entry. The curtains don't close — you only have sheers for privacy from the parking lot and highway and no way to block the sun if you want to sleep in.
The restaurant is good and the Jacuzzi is hot. The pool was okay.

It was a good place to stay and at reasonable prices. But they only clean the rooms if you set it up the night before. Also there is a restaurant at the motel and while it is a private entity from the motel. It would be nice if there was some type of room service provided. Especially when my wife and I have leg problems and we'd both been traveling all day. It also needs updating for those who rely on their computers and phones.

I slept here for one night with a group of people. Almost all of our beds were in bad conditions. We found stains, hair and body hair in our beds. The bathrooms were also in bad conditions. Some baths were not clean and some toilets as well.
Everything just looked so dirty!
If i could I would give it one star.

I slept here for a night and it was terrible. The room was dirty everywhere: there were hairs in the bed and in the shower, there were some strange stains on the bed. Terrible experience.

I'm giving this hotel a one-star rating because that's the lowest I can go. The room appeared decent at first glance, but a closer inspection revealed serious issues. The bathroom was revolting, with pubic hairs and other hair scattered around. The rest of the room wasn’t any better—stains, some suspiciously red, marred various surfaces, and the curtains were filthy. The beds were no exception, with more hair, stains, and unsettling red marks. Noise from outside easily penetrated the room, making it hard to relax.
The breakfast was acceptable, nothing more.
Ultimately, I strongly advise against staying here. I hope the staff takes steps to significantly improve their cleaning standards.

I am going to give to them one star because i can not given less. The room seemed ok but after a little check we found EVERYTHING. In the bathroom we found pubic hairs, hairs. So disgusting. In the other parts of the room the situation was not improving itself. We found stains (some of them were red). Curtains were dirty too. On beds we found also hairs, stains and more (some red). All the outside noises could be heard from the room.
Breakfast was ok.
In the end I hope you do not choose this hotel. I also hope staffs want to improve themselves to cleaning rooms.
Also we found a hole in our bathroom. It was funny.
