A perfect spot to stay over for riding the Grand Canyon Railway. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the staff was friendly. They apologized over and over for the icy conditions as they are now allowed to salt their sidewalks due to a city ordnance. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Super short walking distance to everything in Williams! My only complaints were the bathroom sink did not drain, the wifi didn’t work and they ran out of milk and coffee creamer about 30 mins in to breakfast. Would stay again!

Nice rooms beds were super comfy my only complaint was woman at front desk that worked morning shift would not let me check in early, and said I could park there anywhere. But then wouldn't tell me what room I was going to be at for some reason. I dident want to park twice so that was bit irritating but whatever. I would still stay there again.Walkability: Hotel was close to all shops and bars ,but it was cold when I was there so I still drove everywhere.

We got 4 rooms for a family road trip. The accommodations were perfect for the 12 of us. Loved room 19 with couch and fireplace. Perfect for grandparents! Loved the location and parking right outside the rooms.

Nearby activities: Grand Canyon 1 Stunde entfernt, perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Der Ort liegt auf ca 2000 Meter Seehöhe . Williams ist eine supernette kleine Stadt.

Very romantic.

The one star review is due to receiving a full refund for having to leave at 2:00 AM on a VERY COLD night because of BED BUGS. There were no other rooms available.

We stayed 1 night.Room was lovely except it could have been cleaned better. Stove ,microwave, fridge ,drawers in kitchen and drawers in bedroom where dirty. Mattress cover was lumpy. Great location. Office staff friendly. Would stay again as long as rooms are cleanWalkability: Close to bars and shops

This is the best place to stay in Williams! Clean large rooms with little kitchen and fridge and comfortable. Nice staff, and a great breakfast. It was worth it. Right downtown so we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops.

My dog is a certified registered (issued registration #)support dog. I have severe ptsd from being beaten for 15 years. So when me & my support dog were yelled at you can only imagine how I felt. One of the managers told us it was fine to bring her while the other male manager screamed at me they don't accept pets, even when I said I suffer from ptsd. He compared her to his cows. So it 3pm in a small town and we have to find accommodations. Oh & by the way, my dog is under 10lbs. Also, my husband is a platinum member with the hotel
