Everything at this hotel is amazing, but the staff is absolutely the best part. Everyone is so kind and helpful. And especially the big boss Michael, not only helpful, but so handsome that he could easily be in a Hollywood movie. Honestly, his handsomeness alone deserves 5 stars. 😉

The staff here are fantastic! Gigi is the best! Great, clean, updated rooms. The in room hot water kettle is something all hotels should offer. Had a pleasant stay.

Staff were welcoming and professional upon arrival. The lobby has nice ambiance with plenty of snacks and collectibles to purchase. The grounds were well maintained and decorated nicely. Dinner service at Miss Kitty's was excellent. Room was comfortable and styled nicely. Thank you to the team at Trailborn. Well done.
