The staff at the Williams, Az. U-Haul are a model of professionalism and courtesy. I realize they are a small location, however the smaller the ship, the more hats you have to wear to keep it sailing. She took time to explain the entire process and how to properly cross the safety chains when hitching a trailer. I commend her for the hard work she put into my rental experience.
