Bashas' is a hometown grocery store founded in 1932 by brothers Ike and Eddie Basha. It is known for its made-from-scratch bakery items, a full-service butcher shop, and a fresh produce section with a good variety. Customers appreciate the friendly and patient staff, as well as the store's cleanliness and organization, especially for large purchases. There is a Starbucks inside, although it often has a long line. Some reviews mention the need for parking lot lines to be redrawn and suggest updating the store's exterior to reflect local culture. Curbside pickup is a popular feature, praised for its ease and efficiency. While many enjoy the bakery items, there are occasional concerns about quality, such as burnt pastries. Overall, Bashas' is recognized for its commitment to the community and quality products, making it a favored shopping destination in Arizona.
