Busy. Friendly staff. Organized for large/bulk purchases (like ceremony). Starbucks inside-- always a long line.
Needs parking lot lines redraw and a newer- modeled exterior (cultural images of Navajo people (Like Sanders Bashas) because its the Navajo Nation Capitol!!

This a nice place to shop. The produce section is fresh and a good variety. The store is kept clean and neat. The staff are kind and patient.

I've been an avivid customer since 1982.
Over the years I've seen a decline of costomer services
I Know that it takes money to make money.
However, I disagree.
You're self checkout is a pain in my.
I suggest that you loose the sefcheck out services.machines.
If you want great customer service; then stand on top.
Get rid of self checkout counters.
Trust me.
The public needs personal reaction
Where it's more safe to interact with a person. Not machine to mess things up.
I submit a pation to remove those self checkout counters.
Please I consider that person to person encounters are more valued.

I used curbside for the first time today and loved how easy it was. Finding this feature on the website was a bit of a task, but if you type St. Micheals or Highway 264, the store will pop-up (select the suggestion when it pop-up). I placed an order for a mix of refrigerated and non-refrigerated items as well as fresh produce (9 items altogether). My order was ready 2 hours in advance from pickup time. Upon arrival, in my car within 5 minutes from responding to the text/email (your order is ready) that "I'm here." Definitely impressed with the service, speed of service, selection/substitution and quality of food. This busy mom truly appreciates this service. Thank you Bashas!
