“My husband and I needed to remove the wheel bearing on the rear tire. Every employee was nice and really tried helping. The first day we had no luck in removing the bearing. The next day Devon spent his off day assisting my husband until the job was done. I don't know what we would have done without his help. It is heart warming to know that there are still people with good hearts who are willing to help in a time of need. Thanks Devon!!!”

“Driving from Cincinnati to San Diego, my truck encountered some over heating issues. First stop thank God was Winslow and I had the option of 3 different auto part stores. Only Napa had the option of early delivery for my fan clutch. And it was the cheapest of the three without being cheap parts. Ed helped me the whole time and allowed me to change it out in the parking lot. He had amazing customer service, great people person, the storer well maintained and well organized. I’ve been doing auto repair for over 30 years and ran an auto parts retail store for over 15 years. He is a rare find in this industry nowadays. A man after my same work ethic and morals. Ed at NAPA in Winslow deserves all the business he can handle and has great rapport with clientele that were already instore. If I break down again on the highway I pray it’s at his exit…lol”
