“My wife, our six month old Yorkie puppy and I were traveling home to Florida when we got a check engine light just east of Flagstaff. We made it to Winslow and were very fortunate to find Cox Auto. It was well over 100 degrees when the nice lady from the office came out and ran a diagnostic on our Escape. She told us what caused the light, reset it and told us not to worry if it came on again. (Of course I have forgotten what caused the light but I think it had something to do with emissions). She then refused any payment and told us to enjoy our trip! If you’re having an issue with your car take it here!”
