“LOVED OUR Southwest Room it was newly renovated SO NICE. the owners were super nice. We came in and got our room last minute. HIDDEN GEM for sure, We LOVE ROUTE 66. We need to reserve the Elvis Room, My husband is a big fan !!!”

“Pros:1. Charming. Nice artwork with a very AZ homey characteristic. Call me partial to my homestate but this felt homey inside the rooms and hallways. 2. Staff is friendly. Special shout out to Becky who is a patient and kind soul. Everyone else was great as well.3. Plenty of parking for big uhaul pulling a car- in fact there were several others like us:) Becky was also very kind to guide us on the phone where and how to park it. 4. Indoor heated (perfect temperature!) pool. I was so excited to get the chance to go for a swim even though it's winter, that I woke up unnaturally early to go for one- lol. 5. Breakfast was definitely one of the best hotel breakfast spreads I've seen, and the woman who hosts the breakfast, though I didn't catch her name, saw so thoughtful and friendly, offering me a cardboard "tray" to help me carry food upstairs when she realized I had my hands full- and that made all the difference :). Pancakes you can make fresh in a nifty machine, biscuits and gravy, hashbrown, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, fruits, yogurt etc!6. No sign of bed bugs. Yep, I check the seams of the bed with my phone Flashlight EVERY time I stay in a hotel and you should too! Pro tip: I always search reviews on yelp and Google for the word "bug" before booking a stay as well. It's my first criteria because they can be somewhere fancy and expensive or somewhere cheap, they just want blood! So yeah this is a big pro for me as I won't stay if there is any sign of those little vampires!Cons accounting for one star loss:1. I found a few hairs in the bed. Not the end of the world but not the best.2. Shower - water pressure and heat were lack luster, and the shower didn't drain down - it was still plugged up when we left after I used it a few hours prior, and it sounded drippy. Maybe this was a one off for my specific room, but it was the biggest downside to our stay.3. Very minor, esp since it's winter, but the pool seems to have dirty walls and needs a good scrubbing. But hey, I still enjoyed a lovely warm swim this morning anyways! 4. Ac/ heat unit a little loud and finicky but this is fairly common. Overall it was good for a night passing through.”

“This is my 6 room on my tour of the Motel 6 since Florida. This is by far the nicest one as far as it interior brand new remodeled brand new TV very very clean I stayed two nights. Right off of the highway grocery store across the street very quiet and ”

“Traveling through to CA, stayed a few years ago, and it has had a name and updated beds and flooring, it is a great place to rest, great rates, free Breakfast and the staff is SO nice! Definitely will stop again!Safety: Safety is great for the area, this is the quieter side of Winslow.”

“The service attitude of the front desk staff is super good ?? I passed by at night and needed to stay for one night. He received me very warmly. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell. I will choose this hotel next time I pass by.”
