I made an appointment with the Winslow Arizona office last week at 9:15. When I finally get here the office is closed and they scheduled me in Flagstaff. no organization. Very disappointed. I will not be going to Jackson Hewitt anymore

I came in while shopping and went with them. I am a Wal-mart employee and it is convenient especially with a toddler. I got in and finished my taxes all in a timely manner.

I was surprised by how great my experience was filing with Jackson Hewitt. My partner and friends recommended I try filing there and I'm planning on filing again with them next year. It was fast and easy. The tax preparer was nice and made fees clear and explained where they come from as well as providing me with a great discount for filing with them for the first time.
