AVOID this store, I’ve never had a problem with Verizon stores until I came here. The lady had no idea what she was doing, she changed my plan when I told her not to, I understand she was trying to save me money but I lost all my perks and services. Go to flagstaff or somewhere else do not go here!

If you can avoid this location and go to the next town over, please save your precious time and skip this one. Tragically understaffed. Only one technically incompetent person running the store and she was doing so completely inefficiently.

Just wanna give a big thanks to Verizon here in Winslow for hooking us up with some awesome phones took a while but they made it happen. Thank you Teresa thank you Gisele and the man the myth the legend Mitch a big thanks brother appreciate you guys. I’m a business owner myself and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Service is too slow. I was over charged by an idiot and now nothing can be reversed. I should've gone to the actual store. The person that helped me was rude too, she told me I couldn't start my new phone and do my own transfer. Whatever! I've done it before, even a toddler can do that, instead of being charged 40 just to turn your phone on is ridiculous!! Never doing business here. You've been warned, this place is not reliable!
