I stopped in at this store as I always look for Walmarts during my travels and I have to admit the employees are not very helpful or friendly. This store was basically the same until I got to the checkout. Erika was so friendly and was a delightful employee. Thank you Erika for brightening up my day.

The hair stylist who cut my hair was rude & unprofessional. Right down to her shoes (dirty crocs) & obviously hates her job. She ruined my hair, & it was a simple trim.

There is a new law that says that all food items must state in written form if they are made with GMOs or not. I noticed that every single frozen pizza in the store has Bioengineered Food Ingredients which is just another way of saying GMO on it. I can read the fine print. Also not every item has its price marked correctly. I know that I bought something which rang up as being more expensive than its display price is. And its happened more than once.

Hey it's Walmart this one has a little different odds and ends in different areas Walmart carries different things for the clientele this one has excellent everything I mean fresh food fresh chicken you can take home sandwiches that Walmart has everything from TVs layouts of all Walmarts are pretty much the same customer service is excellent I got no complaints

Horrible service, took my vehicle to do an oil change. First I wanted synthetic oil (was told they didn't have any), so I had to go down. They lost money there. Then on the sign it says vacuum, window cleaning, and windshield wiper fluid would be topped off. NONE of that was done!! On the receipt it says it was. I asked the worker (Tenniel) and she we dont do vacuum because of Covid. I said how about the rest and she said it should have been done. I said it wasn't and she got snoddy with me and said its only a courtesy. I then told her then why does it say it on the sign. She just looked at me. So ya, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Who ever the manager with the red bangs Amanda needs to be fired. She is very rude. Not professional at all. She was to busy talking with manager Steve to help customers. She needs to be fired. This store is ran like crap. I've worked for Walmart for years and never seen a more un professional group.

Came to Winslow on a work trip for my daughter. Waited in electronics for over 25 minutes for someone to get a game out of the case. Hunted down 3 employees who "didn't work in that department " and finally customer service who called someone to come over the speaker. No one ever showed up. Finally got frustrated and left and had to return the next day to get some help.

The tire and auto is absolutely the worst. They are complete morons. They need to go back to school and learn how to put on new tires properly. However, they need to go back to grade school and learn how to actually right down the order correctly so you get the correct tire replaced. Then after the correct tire had been replaced after the second go around and an hour and a half later they need to make sure they put your tire on straight when they tighten down the lug nuts. Otherwise your steeling wheel will be off centered and you will drive sideways! Oh, best of all, they don't do alignments and balancing at Walmart however they didn't even change my front tire they only changed my back drivers side tire and accidently my back passengers side tire to begin with. The biggest MORONS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! 3 HOURS LATER and my Husband having to explain to them what they did wrong in order for them to fix it and it's finally CORRECT, EXCEPT NOW... I HAVE A LOUD CLUNK NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE and that side was NEVER supposed to be touched in the first place! RETARDS! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I wish I had found a Discount Tire close by that I could've gone to like I always do

Not amazing I was harassed by a manager name Vanessa I brought my air mattress which had a leak I brought it back and she Saadi I need a box and recite all I had was a copy charge on my credit card Vanessa said she wouldn't help me so I left I left the product on the desk and she ran behind me to throw the product on top of my support kitty's stroller it was a trigger from everything she was unprofessional and not a nice girl it blew over after a few weeks and I went back to take it. Ack again with the box and reciet and she said no it was already off to a bad day with her negative presents she only was out to retaliate from the first time she kept telling me that the guy I told on her wasn't going to to help bcos she was his boss and their was nothing I could say about it and she threatened me by saying she was going to call the cops on me for nothing she wanted a reaction which I didn't give one minute of my time i went to get another product and she was with another manager which seem odd bcos her mouth and smirking with her other two employees at customer service so unprofessional made me not want to shop here all I got here was threaten by Vanessa the manger and harassed and not safe to shop here I hope no one has to experience what I went thru also being a native she thinks I don't know what she said I almost called her out but it wasn't worth it again she kept saying how she was a manager here and there wasn't anything I could say or so no a she is the manager after her smirky attitude and if It wasn't the only Walmart in Winslow I wouldn't be back here to shop ...but I need essentials also she ripped open the box aggressively it was so childish and not necessary with her strange eyes that wanted to lash out what a great customer service here some manager who tries to harass their customers and threatens to call police with a false report and on top of that says I'm no one to go above her authority misdirective poor manager skills and not educated by throwing the product when my back was turn wow

Love shopping here. The lines are never very long even on busy days. The products so far have been in stock that I need. The workers are nice. Better experience here than the Walmart's I've shopped at in Flagstaff.

Someone needs to teach Isabella how to manage and work in a retail store. If at 3:30pm, be are told to come back in 3 to 4 hours to get our vehicle, that means between 6:30 & 7:30pm. We come back at 6:20pm, and shop locked up tight. Isabella quite snappy and rude informing us automotive closes at 6pm on Sundays. Well........ why the 3 to 4 hours then? If she was apologetic it would of at least helped. This is a problem as we work in Flagstaff. She was rude and nasty. I come from many many years of retail. Walmart Winslow just lost a loyal customer as I'm sure they don't care. Training of employees is everything.
