Shock Therapy went above and beyond for us! UPS lost our package and they got a new package out same day with no questions asked before we even asked for a replacement! These guys truly care about their customers!

They were recommended to me and I recommend them to you. The springs for my Can Am X3 Max made a world of difference. I bottom out so much less while riding in KY and TN. Customer service was responsive (within 24hrs) for me.
My only regret is that I didn't buy their product when I first bought my SxS.

The spring rates provided are too soft and I bottom out everywhere. I’ve called multiple times and have never had the issue resolved.

Very disappointed with Shock Therapy i had my shocks re sprung and re valved and the first ride out oil was coming out of 2 of them. I called and they said the 90 day warranty ended. I had them done when I was doing other modifications so I had 1 ride on them with 50 miles when I found them leaking. Now all 4 are leaking. Very disappointed in my experience with them. A bunch of money spent to now take them to someone else that will stand behind there work.

I called Shock Therapy with some questions about my RZR Turbo S and spoke with Mike. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. They also answered the call quickly, which was a nice bonus. Based on this experience, I’m already looking forward to doing business with them. If you need suspension work or advice, I highly recommend giving them a call!

I've been trying to get a hold of this company via phone call and email since monday morning 1/6. It is now Thursday evening 1/9. There is an issue with the springs. I have not received any communication back yet. Over 4 days? unacceptable. Maybe they'll see this? As proof - Heres my invoice 32894 and request # 231852

These guys are awesome. Had to drop off My boyfriends RZR front shocks one day and then My boyfriend decided he should just do the rear too! So I dropped them off the next day! Other than how far away they were from AJ they are and the limited parking they have. This place is top-notch. Initially they were worried they might not get them done in time for our New Years Eve trip to Dumont Christmas day! But they had all 4 shocks rebuilt by the third day, and ready to be picked up! They even returned our phone call on Christmas Eve or the day before to answer a few technical questions My boyfriend had that I'd forgotten to ask! Our RZR feels great to ride in now. They've got our business even if they are all the way across the valley! You guys should open an east valley location? You'll be just as busy if you did..... Thank you so much for the fast friendly and efficient service you provide. Holly'NicoleMartinez & AdamCrider.....

I took my 2014 RZR in to rebuild my shocks and add their springs a few weeks ago. When discussing the service I was told my hoses would cost $80-90 each to replace, when it came down to it it was closer to $100, not sure why when they know specifically what they have to replace they can’t provide an accurate number. When I picked up my vehicle I was told by the person checking me out that if there was any issues within 90 days or I wasn’t happy with the ride to give them a call and they would adjust my springs and make it perfect! Fast forward a couple weeks and I gave them a call… the rear end is bit too soft and I tend to bottom out on medium bumps. I asked them if they could increase the preload a bit for me… In a nutshell I was told I should do it myself and if I wanted to bring it in it would be 2-3 weeks before I can get an appointment and would cost me $250 diagnostic fee ( which is more than I paid to have the springs installed in the first place) before any work would even be done. When I picked it up vs. when I called in, I got two very different stories… I was told they set it up according to the weights I gave them when they installed the springs and since I gave them weights that were too light or heavy, it was essentially my problem now… The ride is generally better than it was stock but it does make a lot of clunking noises like something is loose somewhere… I haven’t been able to figure out the clunking yet. It skips around a lot when I hit really bumpy areas which it didn’t before and the springs also rub a lot on the shock bodies, my stock ones never had this problem. Apparently when it left their shop any adjustments or issues are now my problems to deal with… I am extremely disappointed in the customer service aspect of this experience.
