“Went out to Young, AZ to visit some businesses and blew out a tire on the way in.. needless to say I was completely stressed out!! I made my way to the tire shop and half expected to be met with a dismissive attitude, I mean I’m a female traveling alone in a nice jeep sooo the chances were there for sure. But the owner Dan met me with a smile and genuine concern for my well being. I explained my husband hadn’t shown me how to change my tire and I had a meeting in Young and… pretty sure I babbled a little trying not too cry. He listened asked for my keys and pulled my jeep in ( stopping the work he was already doing btw) and then!!!! He showed me how to change my tire with the items in my jeep. He was kind and made me feel empowered not stupid and unprepared. Then?? He wished me well and sent me on my way. What a magnificent human being🥰”
