Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue is a cat-only, no-kill, non-profit, volunteer, tax-exempt organization. Their mission is to rescue cats in the Sun Cities area and provide temporary care in foster homes or a permanent shelter, facilitating their adoption into appropriate homes. The organization has a Bargain Boutique Thrift Store located in the Sun Valley Plaza, next to the Youngtown Adoption Center, with the same operating hours. Surrenders must be made at the Peoria Shelter location. Customers praise the friendly staff, although some find the prices at the thrift store a bit high. Overall, Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue is described as a great organization that helps cats in need find loving homes.
This place is AMAZING! I had to place my mom in a memory care home. She had originally adopted her cat ebony from here. I am from out of state and have know way to bring or care for another animal at this time. They opened there doors no question! Most amazing people work here!

Amazing experience. Picked up our girl fast and easy. Potty trained, spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped. They even clipped her nails and gave us toys for her to play with before we took her home.

This place was exceptionally clean and well run. The animals appeared to be happy, relaxed, and healthy. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go there to adapt a cat.
