My daughter brought her Van there because it was stalling out each time she would stop the vehicle. The employee that she spoke to was sitting in a chair with his feet propped up and told her he couldn't look at it until Tuesday. What kind of shop is this. The right thing for the guy to do was ask her to Pop the hood and at least make an effort to see if something fell off. I will definitely not be going back to them.
