Avoid this place like the plague. I called them because I have a club car and I was having issues with it. I told him that it was not running and I was not sure what was going on. Also communicated that I want to have a yearly service maintenance performed. They communicated that pick up and drop off would be $300 a piece and then they would diagnose the issue and give me a quote. I thought that the $600 price tag to have it picked up and dropped off was a little high so I made for my own arrangements. I dropped off the Club car on a Thursday and heard back from them on a Monday. Dennis communicated to me that the batteries were dead and they weren't going to be able to perform any maintenance due to the batteries being dead. He also communicated that they did not have any replacement batteries due to the current world situation. This is very understandable as many materials are difficult to come by these days. What is not understandable is the fact that they did not communicate this to me prior to me dropping it off.I asked Dennis if we had any other options including 1. me finding batteries on my own, 2. them using batteries that they have on site to do the yearly maintenance, 3. keeping the cart there until they get batteries.Answers 1. They cannot install batteries that are not their own because they cannot warrantee them. Understandable, how about you install them no warranty and you can charge me to install them. Answer - no. How about I find batteries, come there and install them myself. Answer - no.How about using batteries on site that are used to do The yearly maintenance and then I'll pick it up and install my own batteries. Answer - no.Can I keep it there until you obtain batteries? Answer - no.At this point I'm not very happy because I spent about four hours getting the cart there and now I'm gonna have to come pick it up and it's still not fixed.Asked to speak to the manager and at that point I get to speak with friendly Scott. I get to communicate the whole story to Scott who gives me zero options again. I then ask him why on earth would they allow me to bring my car that is not running given the fact that they have zero batteries to do any type of test on it. They were

Horrible customer service!!! Horrible!! Horrible!! I’m a deaf customer and asked coil parts for golf cart, he gave me ugly attitude!addition: I read your reply to my review comment. I suggest you at least recommend your clients to another business that can help them. We found the part we needed at a business in the same building as yours. We were treated with dignity and respect.

After all our difficulties with the golf cart sellers.....What shows up on the mail? A license plate so we can drive on the road. We made it clear that this was not going on the roads and we were told it is not road worthy anyways. It needs a DOT front windshield, which it does not have. Somebody paid over$175 for the plate, I am assuming the golf cart company did.

He just does not give a sh$t about anything! Thanks for wasting my time. How on earth are you in business?

Huge shout out to Denis at Sun City Golf Carts for helping our family surprise Grandma with a golf cart for her birthday. They went out of their way to make this easy during COVID and as an out of state buyer I could not have been more pleased with how effectively they communicated and delivered on all my special requests.

Scott is the guy that I spoke with re: the service of my golf cart* I took it in for routine work and it was sluggish and I went back to discuss it with him. He was rude and condescending * took it for a drive and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Honestly it has never been right, I called to have my cart towed in for a flat tire and another performance problem. He refused to service me ** he noted on my account that he would not service me because I was not happy with his service. i GUESS YOU CAN NOT VOICE YOUR CONCERNS TO HIM ** He was really a gerk .Speed was not the issue Performance was the issue, I could barely get out of my own way * I have had the golf cart long enough o know how it runs. It has not performed the same since I picked it up in May ... You are right about one thing going somewhere else was a great idea, they said I had a spark plug wire loose, which is one of the many suggestion that I had and you would not look at it * you just told me it goes fast enough and dismissed me. Your customer service skills are horribleI just called to ask for the owners name so that I could let him know about the shabby service I got ** Jeff answered the phone and he said that he could not give me that information. He said that he would take my # and have him call me back ** I stated that I wanted to write him a letter and I just wanted his first name and he would not give me the information. This place is shady at best... STAY AWAY FROM THEREBusiness ManagementMr. John S McIntosh, PresidentMs. Nancy McIntosh, General Manager/Secretary/TreasurerMr. William J Hallinan, DirectorGot my gold cart back from a more reputable location * that spark plug wire repair made 100% difference in my performance, my max speed is 28 mph and it is fabulous * I could not exceed 22 before * I was a service adviser in the auto industry for 20 years and if I treated my customers like you treated me I would have been fired, as you should be.
