Eric was instrumental in helping me get my storage reset and also the app and he gave me all the instructions that I needed to move forward. I'm now waiting for the details to be complete.Update: Recently, I was injured and could not open my storage. Eric, when above and beyond to help me open my storage and remove items. That were blocking the door he is an awesome employee and you should be proud of him and admiriam because I do.
