Derek is great! He stopped by and fixed issues we were having with our internet. Very funny and polite. Did not give us any run around, was straight to the point. Highly recommend Derek if you are doing any business with this company.

I live in Wellton. Cable TV signal unreliable and fuzzy on all but 2 channels. Tried the internet service as well but network was up and down. Called the service folks many times but weren't able to fix cable or internet. Gave up and changed to dish a T-mobile for internet.

My husband is 82 years old. It is 112+ degrees in Yuma. And we are without internet. Have to wait for 3D to show up hopefully tomorrow. Meant our internet projects are on hold.
