I live in Wellton. Cable TV signal unreliable and fuzzy on all but 2 channels. Tried the internet service as well but network was up and down. Called the service folks many times but weren't able to fix cable or internet. Gave up and changed to dish a T-mobile for internet.

My husband is 82 years old. It is 112+ degrees in Yuma. And we are without internet. Have to wait for 3D to show up hopefully tomorrow. Meant our internet projects are on hold.

The staff are friendly and answers the phone quickly.The issue is the service, if you want reliable internet with a useable speed, get it elsewhere.The max download speed is 1gbps and the upload is abysmal.Our service has been sporadic with it going down often throughout the day... Not just a couple of times but multiple times a day.I would love to be able to recommend this company for internet access, however, the internet is so bad I cannot.

They didn't tell us important details like you need to have a phone jack before coming out to install. Old school. No phone jack and we aren't going to allow them to punch a hole into out RV to make one.

I've been using internet service ever since the internet came into being. These people are the worst provider I've ever dealt with by far. We live at Carefree Village Resort, where 3D/Park Communications is the only provider offered and there is hardly ever a week that I don't have to call and let them know our internet service is down. I work from home, often very early in the morning. And when there is no service (like today), I have to waste hours waiting for their office to open in order to get help. Trust me, if I had another option at this park, I would dump these people in a heartbeat.
