The employee was extremely helpful, especially when I got a small storage and when we showed up with the truck it was to small on his day off. He opened the office and helped us get a bigger storage unit. He didn't complain or get mad, he just helped. 100% recommend this storage. I am HAPPY to have this storage unit.
