“First and foremost the staff Abigail top notch and CeCee the apartment manager you talk about warm and overall just a wonderful experience. I left a message yesterday on Monday honestly not thinking they’d actually call me back after being closed for the holiday observation. Not only did they call back they called back with great enthusiasm. Abigail is someone I’d have on my team any day. I made an appointment to go in and needless to say I’m credit challenged but the stars aligned and they have a move in special going on. Needless to say I’m scheduled to move in very soon and it’s all because there good hearts and rarely do you meet good or great people in the “office”. Earlier this week I had went to another apartment to visit I won’t mention any names I’ll say it’s by Burger King on Ave B lol. I had let’s just say a below level experience and I won’t go back. The Regency Square though I’m sold on these apartments beautiful design nice carpet seems quiet and location near restaurant and shopping Walmart. Gym around the corner. CeCee and Abi and the little and I mean little doggy was a sign a sign that we are now family. They sold me a unit but they are getting loyalty. One luv and thank you ??. It’s been a long challenging year and this was a sign I’m thankful.”
“So far so good, but not having spectrum available at these new apartments would have made me think twice. If spectrum was available here I'd give it a 6 star.”

“Super thankful for Evelyn for all the help! Spacious apartments and friendly staff makes it that much better! Lived here for 2 years previously and any time I had a maintenance issue they got it resolved right away !”
