About Aqua 2000
Aqua 2000 is a very clean, drive-in, self-service place for clean, salt-free water. It has lots of water stalls with both water hoses and jug fill dispensers, and an ice dispenser. The price is good, at twenty-five cents for one gallon or one dollar for five gallons. Customers bring their own bottles for a fast and easy in-and-out experience. However, some customers report issues with the machines. There are complaints about neglected maintenance, with machines taking money but not delivering the correct amount of water, such as providing only one gallon instead of five. Attempts to get a refund or complain sometimes go unanswered, leaving customers feeling ripped off. While many like the place and recommend it, others have lost confidence due to these problems and unanswered complaints.

Had to buy water, as our Reverse Osmosis is being upgraded. Paid for 5 gallons, and only got 4. Called the number listed at location, and left a message. A few hours later, I called again, and woman who answered phone is sending a refund. Thank you.

This was the first time I've been here, it was very clean, they had a few different water stalls to use,not just one..the price was good,5gallons for 1.50 and the water was good..I reccomend this place, and I am going back!
