I would give this zero stars and not recommend anyone to ever step foot in this place. Completely unprofessional the female worker is arrogant and ignorant. I walked in the store. Didn’t receive any greeting or notice that I was there sat down. Waited over an hour just to be asked what I needed, and it was to replace a screen protector. I hope a manager is reading this…. I was there a few months ago to replace my cracked screen protector and now I find out after waiting over an hour that they don’t carry that protector there anymore. I don’t know if it’s just everyone here in Yuma that has horrible customer service or the fact that it might have to do with something else With the general employment.

Shorted me change when I paid my bill and although it was less than $2.00, perhaps, using that logic, AT&T should occasionally, let customers pay less on their bill.

It took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged after entering the store. Another 10 minutes or so and I left.

Hello, I was helped by Jonathen who appeared to be a very organized , professional , and experienced sales person at this location. I would highly recommend him to any future customers. I was looking to trade in my current I phone and upgrade to the new I phone 15 pro max and was able to do so without delay. Jonathen immediately gathered all my info and started the process. Before I knew it , my phone was ordered. I received my new phone the very next day which was very surprising and unexpected. Upon receiving my phone , I went into the store and Jonathen helped activate and transfer all my information to my new I phone 15 pro max . I am very happy and satisfied with his service and AT&T as well. I would like to point out that the other employees were friendly and welcomed me to AT&T. Thank you for the wonderful service.

3 guys sitting around shooting the breeze..couldn't tell who worked there...didn't even get up when I came in ..I was only customer!RudeUnhelpfulUnknowledgeableHomeless asleep in front of door , had to step over them to enter !There is no customer service at AT&T once you purchase a Plan and a phone that won’t help you with anything! AT&T sucks

The service is no longer like before, Uriel attended to me, I was asking him questions and he yelled at me that he had already told me not to go to that store again. You shouldn't yell at people just for asking questions.
