We were traveling from texas to California and along the way we had issues with the check engine light due to a gas station pump ... this shop was very friendly and amicable towards our family the owner helped pick us up at the hotel room so we can wait at shop and not have to pay for another night while waiting for car that tells me they have wonderful hearts and care about thier customers. Communication was great throughout the process of car getting fix. Owner offered us water and drinks for kids we really felt we were in good hands because in the midst of this unexpected stress we were assured we would be taken care of and they did just that. “The guy who runs this place knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock and at a fair price. I needed a full replacement for a 2012 roof vent. If you remember how shops and hardware stores used to be give this guy a shot. It's honestly worth going in to check it out. Sadly, these kind of stores are nearly gone and likely won't be back.”

“Always have a good experience here. I use them for turning rotors and flywheels for my big trucks. They cary in stock a lot friction parts and electrical stuff like running lights and such, they also carry a lot of seal kits for steering gears and such. I know they have more stuff but this is the stuff I've seen. Hope they stick around for a long time.”

“Emotional Roller Coaster.
I purchased a new truck and within 146 miles it got a check engine light for the Mass Air Flow Sensor. 500 miles the front camera decided to cause the steering lines to not work. After that my misunderstanding of the Blind Spot System caused me to bring it back into their shop since it didn't work the same as my previous vehicle and since I had already had a few other issues I figured it was just more problems.
It all stemmed from the fact that I got rid of a perfectly functional 2019 Ford that I had dumped an inappropriate amount of money into aftermarket parts but never had any issues at all and all the sudden the new truck started having the dreaded small electrical issues you hear about on new vehicles so needless to say I was not happy and sadly on a few occasions not pleasant to deal with.
Through the whole process the Chapman Team from Edward and Sal in sales who put up with my tomfoolery and hypochondria when it comes to the truck, to Frank in service walking me through their steps to trouble shoot the problems and how they were moving forward and last but not least Fabian the technician who was such an expert at his job he was able to explain very technical system processes to me like I was 3 and it made it all clear as day.
I started this vehicle purchase journey almost instantly regretting it as I made clear to the team on a few occasions. I do know now that if the truck has any more issues, (knock on wood) I trust the collective team has my best interests in mind.”
