bad customer service. they didn't even ask if we needed any help. i came in with my fiance because he had to go to the restroom and i was just waiting around and a worker (older lady)was complaining to her coworkers how someone went to the restroom without permission last time i checked you don't need ask to do a basic human necessary.

Horrible store most employees talk crap behind your back for the littlest things and start having and aditude when you want simple thing and they sit around and all their stuff is a mess even at the back. 8th street and fortuna is way better then this place Dave really need to do something about this store. Their is this employe that drives a 2024 mustang gt forgot his name I know his face started to have an attitude when I wanted to recycle the batteries and rolled his eyes when I asked for a bag for my stuff what an a whole. Also I just wanted to use the bathroom real quick and a older lady with black hair complain because I didn't ask to use the bathroom i go to all the stores bathroom and no problem but this lady took offence for no reason like sorry I guess but I gotta go number 1. And another guy abraham accusing me of stealing even though I asked to test fit and he said I don't care I was like okay and he said I was stealing even though I was getting ring up for the item like bro. Juan and some of the other grey shirts are cool but I'm kinna tired of the red shirts. As someone who worked in this industry 4th Ave takes the cake for the worst. As a worker their nice and as a customer they want to be a wholes to me. Foothills the best.

Could not get a simple answer from two employees about the huge windshield wippers discount sign in the front north facing window. Left the store and got a helpful strait answer at Ayto Zone. The employees at Auto Zone are well trained about products and customer service. Thank you, Auto Zone

I love how they are always helpful and they do there best to have thw parts needed. Even if they dont have it in store they wil do there best to get it the next day!

Michael helped us out today as we needed a new battery. He was amazing! He went the extra mile when he did not have to and was so patient and helpful. Great customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful! We would have been stuck without his help today! Thank you Michael for your amazing service today! You have no idea how much that meant to us. Highly recommend going to this Auto Zone! Best in town!

I came in to get some assistance with my check engine light and I was handed the scanner and told to do it myself while the employees were just standing around with no other customers. I had no idea how to do it and was not able to conduct the test, I just don’t understand why a service is being offered if no assistance is provided.

Amazing service and upfront honesty. 5 stars without a doubt. Fantastic company. 3rd time using them. Go get your codes checked out first (for free) before getting ripped off at the dealership .. dealership charges $160 just to check out your car. F that.
