Cassandra is the most unprofessional employee ever. FIRE HER! FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF! I was the only customer in line and NO one would help me. Five employees walking around as I stood there. One of the employees behind the counter took a phone call as I stood there, then looked right at me. Like we don't want your business! They do not want your business. They do not deserve your $ STOP! DO NOT GO HERE!This AutoZone is the worst business I have ever walked into! The entire staff should be fired! DO NOT GO HERE!STOP! DO NOT GO HERE!STOP! DO NOT GO HERE!

Store is a joke. Every time I go here the guys are busy talking amongst themselves about last nights chismes. Do a mobile order and then get a call that one of the items that I ordered is not available and needs to be ordered even though It clearly stated in the app/website that it was in stock and available. Then I get calls that the part is on order and will be in store by COB next day… and will get a call when it arrives.End of COB next day and no call, text or emails to confirm part is there or not. I even went in earlier and bought a different part that I needed that showed available online. The STORE manager took the part number I gave him and came back and said he didn’t have exact match but had something that would work. Sold it to me. AND THEN checked to make sure it fit my vehicle.Poorly run. There’s one or two guys there who are ok but this place needs an overhaul. Mark your fricking stock correctly. If it’s in store, mark it. If it’s not, mark it correctly. And find some sort of management who knows what they are doing and some self respect. I will shop at o reillys down the street as usual even at higher prices based on the incompetence of this shop. Autozone is a trusted brand name and you all embarrass it.I wish I could give a zero or a negative fkn star.

I had the worst experience at the Foothills store. I needed a new battery. I'm a senior disabled woman who has always used Autozone. Today they had a young woman install my battery or try to install it. She's a driver for them but they had her install my battery. She fumbled around and broke a connecting wire to start with. It went on and on standing outside in the heat. Finally the manager came over and finished the job. When I told him I was not happy with how it went he told me.."it's a free service!!" There was no apology. So obviously since it's free the customers shouldn't expect good service! My past experience at other Autozone stores has been great and I was treated with respect. I feel this manager doesn't have the people skills or judgement of who is qualified to work on your vehicle.

My local AutoZone has a new guy, that was extremely unkind, which was rare for Me, but it highly upset Me. I was so grateful to walk into this AutoZone and the Gentleman that helped Me was awesome. I joked to him, he looked like he should work at GQ not AutoZone... Super nice guy, helpful, friendly and made Me feel extremely Welcome. It's harder then it seems as a Female that knows where the gas goes and not much else... The AutoZone Family as a whole has taught Me how to check My oil, check coolant. Put on wiper blades... Thank You GQ guy for calming My Anxiety until I get that alternator replaced. You went above and beyond, appreciate you Sir.

I ordered the replacement glass for my passenger side mirror. I had to wait a week to get it. I took it back because Horne dealership said they would fix the mirror. I couldn't find my receipt so I got a store credit.

When they entered the store they were a little busy, 2 employees talking and sitting, but the very friendly cashier helped me find what I was looking for, it’s a pity that I couldn’t see his name but he does have good customer service
