I personally don't like this store. I think it's overpriced but the smells are great!

Bath and Body Works has a policy that customers who purchase items online to pick up in-store do not have their purchase fulfilled until 3 to 4 hours after the store opens, according to Tammy at the Huntington Beach, CA location. What this means is when limited edition items are released, the customers who go to the store have priority while the customers who placed online orders ahead of time for pick up are placed on the back burner, which results in sold out items and the orders being canceled. An efficient system is to not allow in-store pick up for online orders on limited edition items. This will give customers a chance to purchase the limited edition items in-store rather than wait for an email that the order is ready for pick up, which will instead notify the order is canceled. Ridiculous. Get it together, BBW. This company is what it is because of the customers…EVERY customer.

Wow! Went to pick up our Bridgerton goodies that I'd ordered online. Irresistible sales from shampoos and conditioners ON SALE to car air fresheners ON SALE...THEN the most beautifully scented candles up at the register. Needless to say, I walked out with my phone order PLUS a bag full of goodies.
Always great service from Rosemary and the crew at the Yuma Bath and Bodyworks.

I LOVE this store. The staff is super sweet, friendly and welcoming. I find my way here once a week it seems The products smell wonderful, the store is clean and the sales are the icing on the cake!

Great sales right before Christmas and 75% off at the end of the year. The one thing that I did not like was the massive line waiting to get in. I also ordered online and picked up in store which was very helpful.
