This provider is awful, buffering and lagging has always been a problem even with the highest plan, do NOT waste your money, search for a better provider like spectrum, this service has been failing on and off constantly on nights and during the day, I'm basically paying 60 a month for no wifi, this is ridiculous, these 5 past days there has been absolutely NO internet at all, I've called over 3 times and I get the same excuse "the workers are currently getting it fixed" no they are not, beamspeed is just lying to everyone's faces stealing money

To bad there’s nothing less than a 1 star, their service sucks, it’s excuse after excuse on to why the service is so bad, paid the full year up front just to have the internet die out for hours at a time, the only way to get them to fix it is when they’re in the office at 8am and even then it’s still an issue WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE unfortunately this is the only service provided where I live but if you have other options please go there

Really one star is too much. We have had this horrible company for this year in Wellton. It has been a nightmare. We pay for 50 channels and have 12
. Now we have no CBS.Always call and they are working on it. They must have worthless equipment and very stupid tech s. Cannot express enough how bad they are. Will be getting something else for next year.

Told me I'd get up to 25mbps for $75.00. Never got full speed. Went 3 weekends in a row with little or no download speed at all. Technical support was more about excuses than fixing the problem.

We just got fiber optic put into our park and I want to thank all the workers that put it in. They were very fast and did a great job of putting our yard back like they found it. Impressive. Thanks.

Terrible Terrible
Purchased their highest speed and its no better than the slower speeds. Constantly buffering.
Almost impossible to watch anything. Calling tech support is a waste of time. Don't waste your money find another provider

Very disappointed 75 dlls a month for slow/poor internet service. There's outages at least once a week. Everytime I call tech support they say the same thing and never fix anything. Or they fix it and then next week is the same thing. It's ridiculous! Moving to spectrum asap

Switching to Spectrum on Wednesday, would not recommend I upgraded to 500 mbps still the same, to pricy to slow doesn’t download my movies and games quick enough, always having issues just don’t waste your time and money. Spectrum here I come ??

If you have to use beamspeed, get an app called easy tether on your phone! You can connect your phone to computer for internet thats better!
