I knew Doug had a good reputation for getting the job done right, so I decided to give his shop a try and I was not disappointed. Both times I arrived for my appointment they were ready for me. Doug came right out and inspected my vehicle thoroughly, taking time to point out things I had missed, and explaining what would need to be fixed. He gave me reasonable and accurate estimates for cost and time frames. On both occasions the final price was the exact same as the quote, and the vehicle was ready on the day promised.
