I had horrible experience at the boost next to On Fourth and came to this location just for advice on how to fix my issue since the employee at the other location was refusing to help and customer service was telling me I had to get it fixed in store. Dafne was working and she was amazing! She apologized for how I was treated by the other location and tried so hard to fix my problem, even though she nor this store were the ones who messed up. She even called her manager at home to help and he was extremely helpful as well, even though it was his day off. She actually got half the problem fixed and the other half has been escalated through customer service and I expect to be resolved soon. I will continue to come to this location for anything I may need in the future.

I recently visited the Boost Mobile store to get my phone fixed, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I approached the counter, I was met by an older woman who was supposed to assist me. Instead of providing helpful service, she was extremely rude and unprofessional.
As I explained my issue, she abruptly interrupted and began yelling at me, questioning if I thought I knew more than her. This aggressive and condescending attitude was completely uncalled for and made the situation much more stressful than it needed to be.
Customer service should be about helping and guiding the customer, not belittling them. I was shocked by the lack of basic respect and courtesy. I hope Boost Mobile addresses this behavior and provides better training to their staff to ensure no other customer has to go through such an unpleasant experience.
I will think twice before visiting this location again and would advise others to do the same unless there's a significant improvement in how customers are treated.

Very bad experience, the girl was barely and poorly helping me according to her. And at the end of the day my problem was not resolved but I went to the one on 4th and 27th and the boy very kindly helped me. I would not return to this location for anything.
