I came into the store with my dad to purchase boots for my boyfriend. While my dad was looking at shirts, I was standing nearby waiting for him with the boots in my hand. One of the male employees would not stop watching me and the boots I was carrying, making it very obvious and uncomfortable, as if he assumed I was going to steal them.
He even asked me if there was “something wrong,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional given that I was simply waiting and planning to make a purchase. I explained that I was buying the boots and waiting for my dad to finish shopping.
The entire experience made me feel judged and uncomfortable. Because of this treatment, I will not be returning to this store.

I went in to buy boots but I couldn't have 5 minutes to look without being pestered by the staff. I was asked six times in 10 minutes if I needed help. One person asked me a second time even after I told him to quit asking. So I left. I will spend my money somewhere else. I will never be back.

Do not buy boots from here. The boots are stored out in the open air and not in their boxes. Who knows how long they have been on the open shelf. This exposure causes the leather, rubber and other materials to prematurely wear out. I have gotten two pair of boots from here that have gone bad within a couple months of use. They don't even give a box after the purchase.

The Boot Barn in Yuma, Arizona has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve purchased hundreds of items at Boot Barn stores all over the country, and I have never encountered service this bad. The staff here are unhelpful, unprofessional, and clearly don’t value their customers. This location is by far the worst Boot Barn I’ve ever been to, and I will not be returning.

Great staff working there to help or answer any of your questions! 😀 I bought boots and a 4X stetson hat. They are very helpful when I needed a smaller size hat.

The place is ok but checking out both times was a wait in it self. Need to get a handle on it and that may explain the 3.4 rating where all the other locations are about 4.7 and up.

Horrible experience. Went in for an outfit for a western party and they had racks with buy one get one free. The cashier and manager Cathy refused to respect the signs that said that and there were plenty of the same items on the rack. Then they double charged me and gave me attitude. They lost a frequent customer.

I had Boot Barn in Yuma recently stretch my Henschel warm weather hat and they did an excellent job. I have also bought clothing at this store and I have been very happy with the quality of those products.

Nice place, everything looks organized and well (little dusty but not a problem), they have boots of course, belts, tshirts, jackets, hoodies, female/male clothing etc kids boots, very cute. They sell a lot of stuff that I didn’t know, like a set to clean leather, very useful btw. I can say that the service it was great.

My wife was approached like she was going to steal some items. One of the ladies asked my wife she would hold her stuff at the register. She did not ask if she wanted to hold her stuff since no carts it was more demanding. She was waiting for me because I was looking for a cowboy hat and I never purchased one so was trying all kinds of styles. While I was doing this I told my wife to look around and get whatever she wanted. I was also planning to get a few pants and shirts and maybe boots here but after an employee stereotyped my wife I decided to go elsewhere and make my purchases. Just so you know I spent over 400 bucks and this other place is bigger and the staff was nice and did not judge us. I will say a few staff members were nice but it takes only one to ruin an experience. I read other reviews and I see a pattern of rude service so I recommend everyone to avoid this place and find some other western stores. I will never return to this store again.
