I have been trying for a month to get my money back from Bose the sent the soundflex speaker back they received it July 31-2023 I call every day with no help once so ever.. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL PLAY HELL TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! You can never talk to a person in the USA the are all out of the Philippines.

The flexspeaker battery life was only 2.5 hours which was to be 6 hours returned it for a refund, I yet to receive it..The fast taking your money, you play hell getting it back..I will never recommend Bose or ever deal with them..

This is the second time I have bought a Bose product that was bad and had to be returned upon receiving it. They wont schedule a pick-up from the delivery location, you have to take it to a UPS store and drop it off, The nearest UPS store for me is 1.5 hours away in Yuma which is where the Bose location is so I just dropped it off myself costing me $50 in fuel alone. I was hoping to drop it and get a new one but no I had to leave it and now they are shipping me another one but it wont arrive until next Monday. I'm just hoping this one actually works. Bose has great designs but the quality of their products has totally went down hill with little to no quality control. I received my replacement speaker, hooked it all up and it worked great for all of 5 min. I tried to reconnect it, reset it, went though the on-line info and nothing. I'm done it's going back again and I'll research a different brand.

I had a Bose solo which died. I called Bose & sent mine in for repairs but it couldn't be fix. They called and told me it could n't be fixed however they would be able to sell a me one at a reduced price. Great company to do business with.
