Called me 3 days before my move to tell me they didn't have a truck, and the solution was for ME to call the corporate cusotmer service line and request a truck to be sent to that store. Corporate did nothing so I ended up having to cancel the reservation and book a UHaul the day of my move.

Wasn't happy with the truck. Wasn't told about the def fluid. Truck was dirty inside and out. Drivers wiper was bad with no fluid. I went from Washington to Arizona with this truck
