I ran out of propane while my husband was out of town, and it was 9:30 at night. I called our good friend who saved the day for me. He let me know the guys would take the tanks out and put them. I had them filled, not to hold up the line. Went in paid and all done . They also offer discounts....Teachers, Military etc.

Very good service. Had to put stuff in storage and leave it for 3 yrs during and after the pandemic. They were very kind and agreeable even when it was better for them another way. Plus, when I couldn't make a few payments, they were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

We never stored anything here, but we filled our propane, and this was a great experience, and the price was best around.

Great storage facility owned by former Marines. Storage units are reasonably priced and secure. Propane on site is $3.30/gallon at the time of this review. Everyone is very friendly. We love supporting businesses that support our military!

Cactus Storage and Propane delivers to RV resorts in Yuma AZ. I talked to our RV resort office staff, and they informed us they did not know pricing/details. They gave me their information placard that did not mention pricing or minimums. You place this placard in your window to let them know you need propane. I called them to get pricing and details and they did not return my call. I was told they do not return calls, because they are too busy to answer calls, as they deliver all over town. There is someone in the office to collect for their on-site propane sales. I am not sure why that person is unable to answer phones. The driver "Bob" came to deliver and knocked on our door to ask if they could fill our tank as we had a sign up. I helped Bob, pull his hose out and he filled it up and then, my neighbor asked about his propane tanks, Bob told him that since he did not need much, he should not get it because there was a 10-gallon minimum. He did not tell me that and I got 5 gallons and asked him to give the 5 gallons I paid for to my neighbor, he stated, "we cannot do that". They sell propane down at their business for $3.30 a gallon and deliveries are $4.95 a gallon. I understand since they are delivering a service that the cost would be more and was willing to pay an increased rate since I did not have to move my motorhome. The bill was $52.95 for propane at the increased rate, as well as the required minimum of 10 gallons (I was not informed of a gallon minimum charge). Had I have been informed of the minimum fill charge I would have driven to their business, and I would have paid them $17.60. I went to their office to discuss the charge and attempt to reach a satisfactory compromise. In which they would have a satisfied customer, yet they would have received an agreed upon negotiated price. I was also going to buy a part for $50.00. I requested they credit the cost for the extra gallons applied to my purchase. They told me: 1) We have had the minimum all season. (I had been here for a week) 2) You should have asked the office. (I tried) 3) I do not know if they informed you our policy prior to filling your tanks. (He did not), but I am sure if they ask him, he will say he did.) 4) You should have called our office before delivery. (I tried and was told they do not answer the phone) My suggestion to you is to ASK questions BEFORE they fill your tank, for them and any other propane delivery service.
