This bank and this branch flat out lied to me as well as missled me about depositing a check. And now they are holding my check hostage for 7 days. I got treated better by Wells Fargo and as soon as I get my money I'm taking every dime out of this bank account.

A few months ago we opened accounts at Chase Bank next to Fry's on Fortuna Rd. I can't believe how thoroughly pleasant it has been banking there. Easily the friendliest, most professional bank we've ever used. The branch manager even worked through her lunch hour to help us. We've returned three times since and our experience has been stellar. I don't know if banking was ever like this in the past, but it should be like this everywhere. We had intended to bank at the Wells Fargo nearby, but Wells Fargo made a poor impression, and in any event had no one on duty who could open an account. So we tried Chase. And that made all the difference.

Very unprofessional branch. They have been closed multiple times during regular banking hours with no signage stating they are going to be closed. No reason given. Had to drive across town to another branch

I wish they would answer their phones more. I called four days in a row, and I get the same message that they are busy with other customers and to try my call again later. It makes me feel like I am calling into a radio station to be the right caller to win a prize.

Gave 1 star for convenient location. Customer service is poor at best. Branch tellers have never learned courtesy.

Tried to open an account with a male banker here. First being covid I had to set up an appointment but I had to leave a message for him to call me back. Waited 2 days and got no call back. Then I called again to set up an appointment and he told me he couldn't do it a certain day because he gets off early that day. He managed to make it work but then I had to cancel due to a work conflict. I was then told they didn't have an appointment at all the following week. He somehow managed to squeeze me in that week. Then when I arrived at my appointment he was chatting in another employees office instead of being ready to meet with me. He had a very non personable attitude and acted like he couldn't be bothered with me. He said for what I wanted I had to have a business account which I know is not true because I was trying to set up an account like a work peer has so I know it's doable. Over all very unimpressed with chase bank and the banker especially.

So frustrating, I could not get anyone to even return my call for weeks. Then when they did call they said it would take another week to move my money from my JP Morgan Chase IRA account to a JP Morgan Chase IRA trading account... silver price shot up in between. :(
