Kinda expensive for a drive thru wash w out their monthly pass. Wish they had rags so you can actually dry off your vehicle.

Tony was unprofessional on how he handled this situation. My husband and I have been going to this car wash for couple years NEVER had a problem until today. Tony was unprofessional and then tried to intimidate me because I asked him not to cancel our membership, my husband would be the one who he would need to speak too. I did not even argue about not getting a car wash I just asked not to cancel the membership. Then he proceeded to not give me back MY barcode after I asked him to give it back, he pulled his hand away and proceeded to accuse me of trying to use another barcode. Again my husband and I NEVER had an issue before we have always taken BOTH of our cars.

It's good car wash
Some patrons are not so smart going through as example today car ahead of me put his brake on and stopped the track at the dryer and it almost made a big issues for all behind us

Make sure you keep your cancellation receipt and check to make sure you don’t continue to get charged after you cancel. I’m sure I’m not the only one with a cancellation problem. My wife, son, and myself had trouble canceling our monthly service all in different years and months. Make sure you go in and cancel and keep your receipt otherwise they claim they have no records of it. Good thing I kept mine and even then, manager was trying to make excuses. He said I had to give it 7-10 business days for cancellation to take effect but I had cancelled 30 days before I was charged again. For now on, I will only support local.

They fixed the potholes! This place is legit the best place for a car wash! You can go around as many times as you want when you have a membership!
Been coming here for 11 months and noticed the pot holes getting progressively deep and more adding on. When are y’all going to fix those damn pot holes? There are so many you can’t avoid them and I’ve seen many cars bottom out.
I love the convenience of this car wash and the vacuums, but I’m thinking of going else where because of the pot holes that are unavoidable.

Very kind & courteous. I had a few questions about what kind of wax they used that might help with the oxidation on the hood of my truck, & they were kind enough to send me through their car wash for free.
I am very thankful for the kind
gesture & my truck loooked really nice after the wash.Although i will have to find a more aggressive solution for the oxidation problem, which i pretty much already knew a car wash wasn't going to solve.

I go to Yuma every winter. Always get my car cleaned by this car wash. This last year they talked me into Auto pay. I canceled my membership. Told them I would be back to by another for the next year for 2 cars this next time. Well you can't no matter how hard you try to get them to stop taking a payment out every month. The Bank has tried everything, I can't talk to anyone because they say I am not a member. But yet they like the free money. And 6 months latter they are still taking the money out. I know they will take the review off their google reviews. They don't want you to know what they are realy about.
