This store is forcing a sale of accessories on customers who are coming in for the FREE PHONE promo. Without letting the customer know they are paying for it."it's included" they say and when you go back and complain they claim "we aren't just gonna give you a free phone". Even tho the port in promo it's just that a FREE phone. You MUST buy an accessory in order for them to valid the PROMO! The rep which presented AS MANAGER was ESTRELLA RG. She is so unprofessional & rudely talks back as if the customer was wrong and not her! Even tho clearly she has No knowledge of what she's trying to sell. She argued the insurance was free until 45 days which is not. I asked if it was free why did we get charge which I have the receipt to show for. & she stood that it's free until after 45 days the we will be charged which is not true! She needs more training because open enrollment doesn't mean free insurance it means people who did not get the insurance when first purchase have 45 days to do so if they choose to. Also we purchase an adapter which she charged but never gave to us. Went in to make the complaint and at first denied our claim that we never got it & she did give it to us. Which is false. Also asked her for a receipt of a second transaction that was made merging lines into 1 account which we were charged a prorated fee which she did not provide receipt for it and I asked for the total charge and she couldn't provide any of the information I needed and the information she did provide was wrong! I'd recommend if possible make a trip to a different cricket! Where they don't need to trick you into making them an accessory sale. A good sales rep is honest and still completes the sell without need of deceit. & most importantly is well informed up to date with all the information. Coorporate will be inform aswell. I wonder what other shady transactions they are getting away due to people not double checking their receipts that's if they even get one here
