Pharmacy closes 1:30 to 2 PM. Arrived 1:20 for a flu shot and people refused service until after 2. Very unprofessional and frustrating. It had plenty of people working inside... why not stagger their lunch break to avoid this inconvenience? CVS office should look into this.

I moved my mother from Amarillo TX to Yuma AZ to live with me. Her prescriptions are through CVS Caremark. She receives them through the mail. Her latest delivery had a hole in the bag (thank you UPS) and all 5 scripts were missing. I contacted Caremark and requested help. They were unable to get the medications to us before she ran out. We were directed to contact the local CVS and request an emergency week's worth. I did. I was informed due to store policy because the prescriptions had not been filled at their store, they could not help us. I contacted Caremark again, and they informed again that they could not help me. I guess my mother can just do without her life saving meds for a couple of days.

Worst pharmacy.. drive thru took over 30 minutes. The whole point of a drive thru is to be quick. Would have gone inside instead if I knew how incompetent this place was.

I needed help finding meds without wasting time perusing the aisles. Kimberly immediately took me to where it was, then rang me and another customer up without batting an eye, making sure we were good to go. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Customer service more than par the course. I'll come here again.

Best customer service ever! Amre at the pharmacy...she's the best. There was a glitch in a prescription and she had it worked out in only a couple minutes. She's the best ever!
