never call. their automated system is the worst. no matter what you need you can never speak to a pharmacist or a technician. I dint want to leave a message and wait a day to see if my Doctor sent you my prescription. total waste of time.

With one or two exceptions, we've always had great professional service at this CVS. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. One gentleman always goes above and beyond. I wish I knew his name, tall guy with dark hair and glasses, working the drive through today. He was so helpful with my prescription when I asked how I could get an early refill since I would be leaving for wyoming. He took the extra time find the answer and help me get my prescription. He was also very professional and kind. I appreciate you all, knowing that not all customers are easy to deal with!

Every time I have come to this pharmacy I have had nothing but great experiences. Any time there is an issue with my medication the staff always go out of their way to ensure I am helped appropriately! I appreciate you guys!

Every time I go in there for something the staff is happy, they communicate well with each other, they're always looking to see if they can help you out or if you need anything. The answer questions if needed. Always makes me smile to go there

This is the only place all of the pharmacy staff go to lunch at the same time. If you're on your lunch you are screwed, because this place is closed during lunch time. Ridiculously stupid idea that would only fly in a podunk town like Yuma.

This CVS is the best CVS I’ve ever been to! It has more than enough stuff to meet all of my needs! It’s very clean and in order and the staff is super nice and professional! If you want a good CVS experience, this is the store you need to go to.

Today was my first visit to your pharmacy and I was very pleased. Abraham waited on me. He was so nice, professional, and friendly. The store was very clean and the employees greeted me with a silent and said hello as I walked passed them.

Well, I usually don't have major problems with Pharmacies. But, this location is extremely understaffed. Many employees are hopping from one customer to the next without completing orders properly. We tried 3 times to get an ordered filled and they kept saying the dr wasn't sending the order over. The dr sent it twice. After 3 days, we gave up and are going to the Walgreens next door to it. Shame on CVS for not properly staffing this location.

Fricking horrible, horrible service dealt out with a snot a$$ attitude.I called and spoke with pharmacy to check their stock in my medication that I've been out of over a week. It is the kind of medication you absolutely can't stop abruptly.All the other pharmacies I called do not have it in stock. I was told by the snotty young sounding lady who answered that I would have to transfer ALL my prescriptions there. She refused to even check the stock to see if it was available. Fricking horrible, horrible service dealt out with snot a$$ attitude.
