I was assisted in the Clinique department on 2 /13 2025. Margo was the young lady's name. She helped me with a foundation and blush. Margo was professional and patient with me. When I said I didn't like something she gave me more suggestions. Great job!

I visited the store on December 26, 2024, to return a pair of Levi Jeans that I had purchased on December 24, 2024 and could not returned that day because they close early and the next day they were closed for Christmas.
I was denied full credit because my tags (label) were not attached to the jeans. The cashier Maya is her name immediately said she could not process the return because she assumed the jeans had been used, implying that I wanted to return them despite me having my receipt with me and the tags.
The store policy and my receipt stated that merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Dillard's receipt or original Dillard's proof of purchase label and merchandise will be accepted for return for thirty days from date of purchase.
I really hope I get some type of justice for this i didn't deserve to be treated like.

I went here to find a nice button-up shirt and tie. I was greeted here by Marlon. I told him I needed a nice shirt and tie. But I didn't know my size. He measured me. Told me my sizes and took the time to show me some nice high-end shirts that I was looking for. Then, I took the time to help me find a nice tie to go with it. Even ties the tie for me. I was so happy and impressed with all the help and great service from him. I ended up buying a very nice vest to go with my shirt. Very helpful stand-up guy! I'll be back here for more of my dress clothes I'll be needing in the future! Thank you, Marlon! 👍 five-star service all day long here.
